The Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of all materials provided to Scale CGI.
All final materials (images, animations, 3D files) are delivered digitally according to the agreed specifications.
Minor revisions may be made within the scope of the approved project.
Significant changes or additional tasks outside the original brief are subject to extra charges and may affect delivery timelines.
Unless otherwise stated in the individual order, project work begins after receipt of a prepayment.
Final deliverables are provided only after full payment of the project.
Payment terms and methods are specified in the invoice or order.
All prices are fixed in the agreed currency and may include taxes or payment system fees.
You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes, without violating the rights of others or interfering with their use of the Service.
Unauthorized interference, attempts to access internal systems, or copying of materials without permission are strictly prohibited.
All rights to the created materials (models, textures, visualizations, etc.) remain the property of Scale CGI until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the final images or videos for the agreed purposes (e.g., marketing, presentations, publications).
The Client may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the created materials.
Scale CGI reserves the right to use completed works in its portfolio, on the website, and across social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All information and materials provided by the Client are considered confidential and are used solely for project execution.
Scale CGI does not disclose, sell, or transfer this information to third parties without the Client’s written consent, except where required by law.
We make every effort to ensure the quality and accuracy of the delivered materials; however, our Service is not responsible for:

Either party may terminate cooperation at any stage by notifying the other party in writing.
In the event of termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to that point.
Prepayments or deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Scale CGI shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, power outages, or internet disruptions.
